This organization shall:

1. Seek to elect a Democrat as Representative to Congress in the First Congressional District;

2. Coordinate and assist the activities of the county Democratic organizations in the District;

3. Support the policies and principles of the Democratic Party of Wisconsin, hereafter described as DPW and its candidates for office; and Encourage membership and participation in the Democratic Party
